About Us

Muhtar Hotel and additional accommodation units were put into service in July 2021 as one of the Muhtar Group companies with more than 50 years of service experience, which also owns Muhtar Market, one of the most important brands of Kaş.

The facility consists of a hotel building with 21 rooms, 2 stone houses right next to it, 1 stone room and 1 apart flat about 30 meters away. The hotel complex, consisting of a hotel, stone houses and stone rooms, is located in very central locations, 100 meters from the center and 50 meters from the apart hotel.

Facility Features

The facility is divided into four sections;

• The Central Hotel Building consists of 21 rooms of four types with eight different designs and concepts. All necessary equipment is provided in the rooms. Apart from the rooms, the facility has a lobby and an open-air breakfast area for guests' use. Some of the rooms also have a balcony.

• Stone Houses are two-storey buildings with high ceilings and restored in accordance with the inspections of the Monuments General Assembly. Cedar wood was used on the ceilings and floors, and the original was preserved during the restoration. In the houses, living areas, bathrooms and kitchens are structured separately.
• Stone Room is a historical building that has been restored in accordance with inspections, just like in stone houses. It has been put into service in a smaller, fully equipped way compared to more stone houses such as hotel rooms.
• The Apartment is a two plus one apartment located 30 meters from the hotel location. It has all the equipment a house has. The kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and living area are planned to be separate.

Transportation to Kas

Kaş is a charming Mediterranean town of Antalya province, 150 km from Fethiye and 250 km from Antalya center by road. Vacationers who want to reach Kaş by plane prefer Dalaman or Antalya Airports. From here, you can rent a car or choose airport transfer companies to reach the center of Kaş.
